VICTIM RESOURCE CENTER SERVICES
Our 24/7 Bilingual Hotline is fully operational and can assist with inquiries regarding safe shelter options, creating safety plans, providing emotional support and referrals to other agency supports.
Our Safe Dwelling remains available.
Counseling and Case Management will continue to help clients by provide services over the phone. Services can be accessed through the hotline.
We are still able to assist with court orders of protection through the e-filing system. Our advocates are available to provide information about the court process and provide referrals to legal resources as available.
VRC Advocates will continue to accompany victims of sexual assault through the SANE process while adhering to hospital policies around COVID-19.

The VRCs programs provide appropriate services for victims of Sexual Abuse/RC, Stalking, Domestic/Dating/IP Violence, Bullying, and Child Abuse, regardless of race, creed, color, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, military status, sex, income level, marital status, or disability. The VRC safe dwelling/shelter program provides housing for a maximum of fourteen Domestic/IP/Family Violence residents. All our services are at no charge to the victim or the victim’s family. The only exception is the cost of the stay at the VRC Domestic/IP/Family Violence SD/Shelter if the family has ample financial resources and they do not qualify for public assistance.
